For customers

How do I book a service?
Open the app, browse providers in your area, tap a service that fits, choose a time, and confirm. You can chat with the provider before booking if you have questions.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — every booking has a cancellation policy shown up front. If you cancel within the policy window, a fee may apply. Cancellations by the provider always result in a full refund.
How do I leave a review?
After your booking is marked completed, you'll see a "Leave a review" prompt in the app. Reviews can only be submitted by customers who actually booked the service.
What if something goes wrong with my booking?
Contact our support team directly through the app's Help screen, or email support@talntd.app. Disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we'll work with both parties to reach a fair outcome.

For providers and businesses

How do I get verified?
At signup, you'll be asked to scan a government-issued ID and take a selfie. We hold these on file for safety and dispute resolution. Once submitted, your account is enabled to publish services and accept bookings.
How do I get paid?
Payments are handled in-app. After each completed booking, your share (booking price minus the TALNTD service fee) is queued for payout to the bank account you connected during onboarding. Current payout schedules are shown in the app's Earnings tab.
What is the TALNTD service fee?
A small percentage of the booking total, with a minimum and maximum cap. The exact rate is shown on every booking before you confirm. There are no hidden charges.
Can I run recurring bookings?
Yes. You can offer weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom-frequency services. Customers can skip individual visits, reschedule, or cancel a series — all governed by the cancellation policy you set.

Account & data

How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete account. Active bookings must be completed or cancelled first. We retain certain records after deletion for legal and dispute-resolution purposes (see our Privacy Policy).
How do I export my data?
Email support@talntd.app from the address on your account and we'll provide a copy of your personal data within a reasonable timeframe.
