By creating an account or using TALNTD, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
3. Accounts and roles
TALNTD supports four account roles: customer, provider, business, and employee. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@talntd.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. The marketplace
TALNTD is a marketplace that connects customers with independent providers and businesses. Providers and businesses are not employees, agents, or partners of TALNTD. The contract for any service is between the customer and the provider/business — TALNTD facilitates the introduction, communication, payment, and dispute resolution, but is not itself a party to the service contract.
We do our best to verify provider identity and review platform activity, but we don't guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by third parties on the platform.
5. Payments and fees
All payments are processed in-app through a regulated third-party payments provider. TALNTD charges a service fee on completed bookings, displayed clearly before you confirm.
- Customers pay the agreed booking price plus any applicable processing fees.
- Providers and businesses receive their share (booking price minus the TALNTD service fee) according to the payout schedule.
- Fees and rates are subject to change; current rates are displayed in-app at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Each booking has a cancellation policy that's shown before you confirm. Customer cancellations within the policy window may incur a fee paid to the provider; cancellations by the provider always result in a full refund to the customer.
Refunds for completed bookings are reviewed on a case-by-case basis through our support team.
7. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use TALNTD for any unlawful purpose
- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
- Harass, threaten, or defame other users
- Circumvent the platform to avoid fees, sanctions, or moderation
- Upload malicious content, attempt to compromise our systems, or scrape data
- Use the platform to advertise unrelated products or services
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
8. Identity verification
Providers and businesses must complete identity verification at signup, including uploading a government-issued ID and a selfie. Refusal to complete verification means you cannot publish services or accept bookings.
9. Liability and disclaimers
TALNTD is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TALNTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including, but not limited to, the conduct or services of providers and businesses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
10. Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app's profile settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity. We may retain certain records after termination for legal and dispute-resolution purposes (see our Privacy Policy).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the UAE, unless local consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
